In Illustrator or Photoshop CC , and Indesign, you can access the alternate letters and ligatures via the character / opentype panel and glyphs panel becouse you have the Barbeque Fonts.otf file installed.
In Corel Draw, you can change any letter with easy.
There are additional ways to access alternates/swashes, using Character Map (Windows), Nexus Font (Windows), Font Book (Mac) or a software program such as PopChar (for Windows and Mac).
